About Us

The Welcome to St. Thomas-Elgin Immigration Portal website was launched in 2017 by a committee of enthusiastic community members with input from newcomers and immigrants, community service providers, government officials, and residents. Thank you to everyone involved and the residents of St. Thomas-Elgin who continue to warmly welcome newcomers and immigrants.
